We follow the principle that work should be fun. You spend eight hours a day with us. That's a lot of time. It only works in the long term if you enjoy coming to work and go home happy. Our customers are themselves entrepreneurs with several employees and depend on Amparex every day. Helping them is our most important task. A satisfied customer is your direct confirmation and the more often you succeed in this, the greater your own satisfaction will be. Every customer gets the time they need. Experienced colleagues are at your side right from the start and help you to familiarise yourself thoroughly with your tasks. Sufficient time is made available for this. Compact meetings are held regularly where we exchange ideas. You have the opportunity to contribute your own ideas and play an active role in shaping the company. We take breaks together, exchange ideas and play pool.

Public transport such as the underground and S-Bahn stop practically on the doorstep and the motorway is only a few minutes away. There are plenty of parking spaces available. If you would like to cycle to work, we offer you a job bike.
We work at modern, ergonomically designed workstations. This includes ergonomic office chairs and height-adjustable desks so that you can sometimes work standing up, as well as modern computer equipment with several monitors. After familiarisation, we naturally also offer our employees the option of mobile working.
The rooms, in which an average of two to three people work, are bright and spacious. Plants liven up the offices. The canteen of a neighbouring company can be used or you can use our internal canteen, the HOFMANNs menu service. We provide fresh fruit, coffee, tea and mineral water in every department every day. We work in a respectful and friendly working environment, because work should be fun!
